  • Large tortilla wraps

  • Ground beef

  • Sliced cheese

  • Onion, thinly sliced

  • Lettuce, shredded

Big Mac–style sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

  1. Press the ground beef evenly onto one side of a tortilla wrap.

  1. Place the wrap beef-side down into a hot pan and cook until the meat is browned.

  1. Add sliced cheese on top of the cooked beef.

  1. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt completely.

  1. In a separate pan, cook sliced onions slowly until soft and caramelized.
