Chocolate Crepe with Banana &Strawberries

For the chocolate crepes:

  • 110 g flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 125 ml milk

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

For the toppings

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Hazelnut chocolate spread

  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

For the cream filling:

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 150 ml heavy cream, whipped

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

  1. Add eggs and milk and whisk until a smooth batter forms.

  1. Stir in the melted butter and mix until fully combined.

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.

  1. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to create a thin crepe.

  1. Cook for about 1–2 minutes per side until lightly set, then remove from the pan.

  1. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  1. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  1. Place one crepe on a plate and visually divide it into four quarters.

  1. Top one quarter with banana slices.

  1. Top the second quarter with strawberry slices.

  1. Spread hazelnut chocolate cream on the third quarter.

  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the fourth quarter.

  1. Fold the crepe into quarters to combine the toppings.

  1. Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
