Crème Brûlée Latte

☕ Ingredients
1–2 tsp crème brûlée syrup
1 shot espresso
Hot milk
Milk foam
Brown sugar
Optional: vanilla powder or pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the base
Add the crème brûlée syrup to a heatproof glass.
2. Pull the espresso
Brew a fresh shot of espresso directly over the syrup and stir gently.
3. Add milk
Pour in hot milk, leaving space on top for foam.
4. Top with milk foam
Spoon or pour a thick layer of milk foam on top.
5. Caramelize
Sprinkle an even layer of brown sugar over the foam. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden and crisp.
6. Serve immediately
Crack the sugar crust and enjoy the contrast of hot coffee and caramelized sweetness.
