Halloumi Bread

Ingredients
150 g halloumi
1 avocado
Juice of 1 lime
A pinch of salt
1 slice sourdough bread
Topping
honey
chili flakes
Instructions
1. Slice the halloumi into 1 cm thick pieces and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add a little oil, and fry the halloumi for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and mash it in a bowl with lime juice and a pinch of salt until creamy.
4. Place the sourdough slice in the airfryer and toast until crispy.
5. Spread avocado cream evenly on the bread, top with fried halloumi.
6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chili flakes. Serve immediately.
